ok the old program i had i could do overlays like so:
//www.dpchallenge.com/image.php?IMAGE_ID=666750

//www.dpchallenge.com/image.php?IMAGE_ID=661958
but now i have
photoshop elements 6.0
and i cant figure out how to do overlays.
please help me.
