I/m trying for a new low. 'Disgust' and 'yuk' and the leading comments on my pic. SO much for humor. I know 'disgusting' does no 'sell well' here. That is about the only thing i have figured out so far.
132 votes, 6 comments, 3.64 score. That may be up a few thenths of a point, but it will surely drop by Monday.
Oh well, now for out of place. Too many mundane ideas, nothing good that i can pull off wihtout a theatre troup. Still thinking.
I know that after voting on nearly 400 submissions, I had to go back and rearrange a lot of scores. I'm trying to add comments too, starting from my least favorite and moving forward. I'm trying not to leave out the middle folks...
I seem to be hovering around the 5.3 range again just like my first challenge. That's fine with me. I am actually more eager to hear comments rather than what my score is. With that being said I hope I get a lot more than my current three comments that I have got so far.
I'm at 6.24 now, but it's been jumping between 6.15 and 6.3 so that tells me some really like it and some don't. After reading the comments, I could have improved so much with this entry. On the orange challenge. I'm at 5.7 for now, that one is pretty much consistant.
I am slowly going down, was at 5.77 now at 5.45. I think a lot of people are doing what I did, a quick vote on all the photos and then going back with a more critical eye. This is my first submission and i am not at all unhappy with where my score. I have gotten a lot of good comments, some of which would have probably improved my score buy 0.25 points or so had I had them before submitting my photo.
Is there anyway to tell what the average for all photos is before the voting is closed? It is kind of hard to know how I am comparing to others right now, I guess I will just have to wait.
I am hovering around my usual 4...I actually submitted the wrong file, so that's always a bummer. I have yet to see any real success :(! But that's alright, I learn. And my score is not going anywhere. I will probably have 150 4's by the end.
The first time I checked my score it was about 5.2 after 25 votes or so. It went down to 5.02 and now sits at 5.15 and 3 comments. I think it is one of my cleaner shots and I really like it or I should say it came out the way I envisioned it. I might have known not to have a subject that was not 100% orange. My choice, not blaming anyone else. :)
