I remember seeing a TV program a long time ago of the making of the Pirelli calendar. I think the photographer was David Bailey. He said he couldn't believe how tedious and boring the car races were.... ;-)

What a great event.... Enjoy. No recs on the track position but please post some of the sunrise/sunset on braking corners with flash images - love that mixed lighting with brake discs glowing. Use flash and drag shutter to get the some cool blur.

brake discs glowing .... yeah, thats what I want to get :) There should be enough time to do lots of experimenting with images!
