Check out Instaproofs.com for proofing. No fees/costs unless you sell something then it's 15% including the CC fee. You then can fulfill the order anyway you'd like - I use my lab and mail the prints out. I suppose if you did hundreds of orders a month it would make sense to use a site that handles the printing/shipping but I like seeing what goes out, being able to brand it myself (my envelopes, biz cards, etc).
they pay twice a month with no minimum (as far as I know), unlimited uploads with several ways to UL (i use FTP - wedding photos are sorted into categories on my computer and upload and they stay organized). You can do discounts, coupon codes, the client (bride perhaps) can have access to hide pics of her choice if she'd like. You can of course sell anything and even have pictures of what you're selling (like an album or key chain, etc).
