If you think you're going to do this kind of thing more than once, it's much cheaper to frame things yourself. Mat, Mount and Frame it Yourself had all the info I needed to get started, although he pushes more expensive mat cutting tools than you really need, especially if you're only doing this once in awhile. American Frame has good, reasonably priced frames.
