I would healing brush it, but that is just me. I did this using mostly cloning and healing brushes.

I would think you could fix the hair in much the same way.
I agree, it is really not that noticeable. Maybe a larger print shows it more however. I bit of neat image on the belly might do the trick to. Smooth it out, but don't overdo it. Just leave some of the texture. Just a thought.
To me, it's very obvious.. So, I'm sure to her, it will be too.. She did ask me to do any and all touch up's I thought needed to be done, so hence my dillema.. I must say though, neat image kicks hairy belly butt.. I'm gonna mask out the rest and then drop the opacity, but here's the neat imaged version.

A dark line running from your pubic bone to your belly button is called the linea nigrans and is a sign of pregnancy. Often that line will be present but white before pregnancy and is called the linea alba.
good job with the line. My one thought was the spot just above her underwear where there is a little darker spot. It isn't flattering and I think it would look much nicer touched up. JMHO though. :)

OK.. I see what you're talking about.. Thanks, I'll fix that too.. I'm always afraid I'll go too far in some of these.. So, I have to just take it one flaw at a time.. :-)

I understand and that's the best approach. The next thing I would do, clone out the bar from the bed above her head.
OK.. bar shooting out of the head is gone.. Let me ask you this.. Can you tell I basically added the entire back wall.. You can see the blinds from the window peaking through the maroon muslin she had drapped over the canopy.. That window went out 3/4's of the way across the wall.. I need to add some texture to it to make it match what was there originally, but the full window had to go.
Large areas of hair like that can be removed in PS CS3 with a large soft healing brush set at about 70% opacity. Make the brush about 30% as large as the area to be corrected. Brush lightly with pen+tablet if you have that. Repeat over area as needed. You can also use a large spot healing brush tool and sample that area above her navel.
A little trick to lessen the look of the blinds behind the curtain....
loosely select the curtain where the blinds show through...
Ctrl+J to put the selection on its own layer....
change layer blending mode to "darken"
click on the patch inside the photo as if you were going to move it....
hold down the ctrl key as you arrow down a couple times.... the dark part of the blind will darken the light area.... lessening the look of the blinds without having to remove them.
