While voting in the soft focus challenge, I cam across a particul photo that just left me breathless. The only problem I had was that the voting scale only went to 10.
While, this may not be the easiest suggestion to implement, but I would like the option of giving a photo an 11. Just a way of saying, there are great photos and yours is best of the best. And to make it more meaningful, each voter only gets one 11 to throw out there per challenge.
As a side benefit, even if the particular entry does not win a ribbon, at least they know (in someone’s eye) they are the best.

Give it a 10....comment how great you feel it is...and favorite it...alot of people have no real thoughts of finishing in the top 3..they just try to improve...and a 10 and a favorite...is the ultimate for them...
Odds are that if you left a comment on that image with the exuberance you are showing here then that photographer would probably understand and appreciate that as much as a score of 11. I know I would. ;)
I agree with everything said. Regarding the photo in question, it is in my favorites, I commented my thoughts, and I gave it a ten. However, all those things can be done numerous times to numerous entries.
The point of the 11 is that it is a card that can only be played once. Just a thought.
