Lighting seems to be becoming a more and more prevalent topic in the forums. It's own forum would keep everything nice and neat and would also provide a more user friendly and easier to navigate learning platform.
Right now there is a strobist thread that is very basic at doing the job but doesn't cover all the bases and sometimes a question gets missed.
Having a forum dedicated to lighting equipment and lighting techniques would be a great addition to the learning curve here since a lot of the experienced guys know an awful lot about light and the different effects it can achieve, and could share this knowledge with the people just starting out, or looking for something extra.
