If you have a single hair on your sensor, would that be considered sensor dust in basic, would you be able to clone it out?

Yes, according to the Sc. I posted a hair on my lens which pretty much looked like a whole bloody cat had got into the lens, and they said, I could clone it out, BUT i had to show them a couple of shots with the hair in them
