The lines are artifacts from when I applied "clarify" to the image. I'm not sure if I liked them or not. I know I didn't like the shadow from the visor on my face though. (I thought it looked like a really nasty scar). I did like the position of the stick more in this one than my submission

I had several I was considering, but ultimately made the decision to enter a slightly desaturated shot for a more vintage feel.



What's funny is that I never considered any of those for the sepia challenge! I probably should have, since the one I entered is not doing well at all. ;)
