Just got home this afternoon from our trip to Maui. Very bad luck on the trip... the mirror in my 400D XTI busted the second day of the trip....just cracked and shattered while shooting!!!! Good thing was I still had the 30D to finish the trip with. Here are a couple of photos from the sunrise at the crater summit... straight from the camera, no editing at all. Please let me know what you think. I used the 30D with the Canon EF 28-135mm F/3.5-5.6 IS USM. Oh...if anyone knows...what kind of price would I be looking at for the repair to the camera??
