4.95 - 131 / 185 - 29%
nearly the same image - taken within a moment of each other - same camera settings
different crop of course / virtually no processing on the second & significant processing on the first

two different challenges, that's the main reason. the first one scored quite high because of the title and the processing (under the special circumstances of the challenge). the second one just didn't meet the challenge to well (actually it did, but it wasn't what voters expected). It's kinda boring, to be honest.

Shows that a photograph is a lot more than just the result of pressing a shutter.
