Howdy folks,
A company I worked with wants an invoice sent to them in the post before they can pay me. Is there any official wording I need to include or a template form anywhere I can use?
I've never had to write one before so this is all new to me. Ideas, directions would be appreciated as always!

ETA: I found one on the Microsoft website. They have a bunch of templates for this kind of stuff.
