Does a picture have to be absolutely perfect to receive a "10" ?

Picture cant be absolutely perfect (I think). Thats probably one of the resons that I have only ones or tvise voted 10 for a picture.

Technicaly, artisticaly,...... what ever. Impossible to decide whats perfect.

A picture has to be very good to get a 10 from me. I couln't begin to define 'perfect' as applied to a photograph.

I think I have only given out only 4 or 5 10's. To get a 10 it has to be something special.
This was my first 10 I gave

perfect is an opinion... For example, if there is an all blue photo, with a small red spot in it, some see it as very good, and it stands out, making the photo "perfect" others may see it is, terrible, and should have left the photo all blue...
