There is a photo that I really felt was under appreciated in blurry mess. Is it too late to try to see if it can be recommended for an oobie or yappie, and how do you go about doing that?
Not too late. If it's a photo you can nominate it for an OOBIE any time. Team Suck votes once a week for the honor from the images that were nominated that week.
Even though usually the nominations that come in are from the most recent challenges, technically you can nominate a challenge entry with no time restrictions. So please do go ahead and register your nomination in the thread that yospiff linked for you.
