Well, I charge a flat rate and give them the CD with X # of images on it. but if they want prints instead of a CD, I would just charge my normal print cost. (because my mark up is enough to cover the session fee) Do you have a set print fee? What size does he want? Adorama Pix has really good prices on prints. Go there, check the price of the prints, set a mark up that will include covering your time. and go from there.
50 prints is a lot (adorama charges 1.39 for 25+ 8x10's)
