Hi all,

A few weeks back, I was soliciting ideas of where to go in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area since I was going to be there for a week.

Thanks for all your suggestions and warnings (about the bad areas to shoot the skyline). I went with a colleague of mine across the Trinity River and was able to safely shoot the skyline. :-)

We also shot at Fair Park in Dallas (site of the World's Fair in the mid-1930s). In Fort Worth, I went to the Fort Worth Stockyards and captured some images.

Also, in the Dallas area, I photographed the Las Colinas Mustangs--horse statues. You may have seen my Free Study entry which was based off of this image:

Good photos Les. When I worked for IBM (I won't say how many years ago) I was in Dallas several times for training. I had such fun there. It looks like you got around pretty well and saw quite a lot. Thanks for sharing, and taking me back down memory lane.
