Try selecting the background black using the Magic Wand tool at a low (try zero first) tolerance setting, then invert the selection and deselect the type. You should now have just the photos selected, so you can then stroke the selection with white, specifying that the stroke should be "outside" the selection so you don't cover up any of the pictures. |
