I cant seem to find the terms and conditions to find out what DPC's position is in terms of copyright of our images which we upload to this site, could there be a small print somewhere which signs all or some of our images intellectual property rights over to DPC?
Okay thats interesting, I just looked in the terms and conditions link and the intellectual property section was written in legal jargon which I can not make much sense of and im not sure if it is relevant to our images or to the site itself?

basically means that by uploading your image you're licensing it to dpc to use in any marketing or promotion of their site or service. you still own the copyright, which is different from a royalty-free license.
Basically it means that the site owners can you your images to promote the site, but the images themselves remain yours. You grant the site "Nonexclusive" rights.
