Yep - (citymarshas some good suggestions). Also, there are multiple options to sharpen your photos post processing. I have taken a quick look and it seems that you have a good lens for sharp images, but maybe you have not applied any sharpening to your images.
If you have CS2/CS3 - smart sharpen works very well
If you don't, you may find Unsharp Mask (in the filters list in photoshop) can work very well.

It is noticably sharper.
