I'm in the SP side challange for Feb. I joined because I'm horrible at taking pictures of people (or I just take pictures of ugly people :) and I would like to get bettr. Anywho, I need help!!! I'm even worse at editing and PP. I took a couple of pics today, and I was hoping someone could help me fix some of my problems.

Well for one I would not worry so much about the catch lights in the eyes catch lights are good. If you want only one you can use the clone tool for that.
For the dark lines you can use the clone tool at like 20-30% opacity and flow. Sample under the eye on a light area by hold down the "alt" key and clicking then move the tool over the area you want to fix and start clicking away the darkness. You can play with the brush size and opacity to get the desired results. I would use PS as it has more tools for you to use. You can also use the healing brush. I use both the healing brush and the clone tool in combination to fix things like this.
