I took some pics of my old car a while ago, and was wondering what happens about copyright?
Basically I tried to sell prints and got contacted by Lotus to cease and desist as they owned the copyright to the Exige's shape, design etc.
How do others sell prints of cars etc. do you have to get permission from every manufacturer first or something?
Also I wanted to take some pictures of houses/buildings in my local area, do I also have to get permission from all of the owners to photograph their houses, if I am not on private land? |
