Lovely composition, but it appears to be too blue... Was this a night shot? What was the lighting?

Whats to critque? Its lovely. Looks very cold and blue cas t and even colder look to it. Great shot.

This is a prime example of needing to use a warming filter to offset the polarizer(I did take some of the blue out already). A leason learned.
This was taken in early morning before the sun came above the mountain. (Little MO river)
