FOTOFusion 2008, the 13 Annual International Festival of Photography and Digital Imaging will be happening in Delray Beach, Florida, next week (Jan. 15 - 19). It is hosted by the Palm Beach Photographic Center.

For those of you who live in Southeastern Florida, and don't feel like paying the full registration fee, there are a lot of "Community Events" that only cost $10 at the door. Check out the website for a description of the lectures, and classes.
It's a shame that it's so far north of Miami, and I'm working all this week, otherwise I'd seriously consider it... :o/
The final day is Saturday. There is a full day's schedule. The sessions that start with 6 are community events. You can pay $10 at the door to attend them.
I don't think the 9:00 session (Traveling with a Digital Camera) will be worth much, but the 10:30 session (Stills to Video) could be interesting. The 1:00 Master Lecture Series is usually quite good. There are a couple in the afternoon. I'm planning to attend the 5:00 session (Save Money and Have Fun with Photoshop).
