Are multi-colored borders allowed under the Basic Editing ruleset?

Can you create it without selecting anything or using a brush?

Of course I can. ;-) I can also do it without layers and without any drawing what-so-ever. It's the basic image-size-canvas-size-border procedure thingy.

I kinda know what the answer is, but wanted to throw it out there anyway.

Oh you mean like having a 1 pixel stroke of one color and then a wider border of another? I do that all the time.

I've seen some of your borders, Jason and I almost did something like those, but I'm thinking of doing lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, but I don't want to give away my challenge entry. :-)

Ya, a color shift that moves around would be harder. Bottom line, if you can do it with the canvas size command, I bet you would be ok.
