I think the drop is better. Can you maybe explain how you managed to get this kind of drop. I'm very curous. Is it because of post-processing?

While I'm not a big flower fan and do like drops ;), I think you selected the right one. With your flower I do like that it pops out of the image, almost 3D.

Yes, the flower is really cool too, but I really love the DOF on the drop!
