My New Years Resolution is to compete more on DPC and I am looking for motivation to do so. I would like to go head to head with someone who also needs motivation to get more involved. Inspired by this thread...this is what I'm proposing:
A monthly head-to-head side challenge against a member of our community in the Open Challenge category. The loser has to post a portfolio picture conceding to the winner at the end of each month (specifics to be decided by the community). Since this will take place over all of 2008, I am looking for someone who will submit at least one picture in the Open Challenge Category each month. At the end of the month, the highest score wins... the more you submit, the better your chances.
OK, so we're on.... starting with the next Open Challenge announcement?
I guess we'll need a few basic ground rules... for example... The challenge counts for the month it was announced, and not when it was completed (unless you want to do it the other way).
We'll also need some suitable form of punishment photo for the loser. I figure we can leave this up to the community if anyone else wants to get involved.

Fine by me... it will be the whole month of Jan right? That means 8 open challenges to have the option of submitting to?
