After last years pretty cr*appy Christmas I am hoping this year will be much better! To make sure I'm ready and relaxed I'll be going to Lanzarote this Sunday, 16th December, for a week :o)
Just wondering if there are any DPC'ers living there? Or have any of you visited the island?
All hints and tips for places and things to photograph would be greatly appreciated :o)
I've visited the place only once. In December 2003, on my birthday. It rained. On the bright side, though, I bought my 300D on the way out there. I'm sure that you'll avoid the freakishly bad weather we encountered and that you'll have a good time.

Well, the weathers not looking too bad at the moment (though that could well change once I set foot...or wheel...there) ;o)

Absolutely! Have a wonderful time - and given how cold it has turned this week, you couldn't be going at a better time!
Thats the one thing I am looking forward to...not having to wrap up like an eskimo just to go to the local shop! ;o) 25 degrees celcius and chance to see just how nice the 40D feels...I'm sure I'll post a few photos when I get back ;o)
