I posted in the original thread but the title is not too obvious so I'm reposting here. (SC can lock the other thread if they think it's necessary).
Well, I had to wait to post this since I had an entry in the October Freestudy.
The trip to Scotland was awesome. I'd recommend this workshop/tour to anyone with a desire to get to places off the beaten track. ( //www.photographscotland.com )
The photographer that led the tour (John McKinlay) is very personable and provides a tour with a balance between photography, vacation and fun. He knows the locations like the back of his hand so gets you to the right places at the right time.
