How do I correct distortion from a photo from my 10-20 sigma, I've a photo in submission now that is being picked on for not being level, but its simply distorted.
Why would you want to correct distortion from a wide angle lense? Thats the beauty of the lense. Im puzzled. Im a wide angle lense advocate, I love distortion.
I don't know about CS, but CS2 and CS3 have a lens distortion tool under filters/distort/lens correction. That's where you find vignetting also. Works like a charm to get rid of the pincushioning.
And Jaime, you may not be talking about the same thing; some rectilinear wide angle lenses have barrel or pincushion distortion at the periphery that is a perceptual defect. I doubt he's talking about, for example, fisheye lenses...
In fact, especially on P&S lenses these defects can occur throughout the lens's zoom range...

I think so. There are also 3rd-party products out there that do it. Google "Richard Rosenmann lens correction" for one that works well and is, if I recall, pretty cheap. I know it has a demo version, or used to. I used it with my P&S in PS7.
