Yup, that's definitely the one - exactly as intended in fact. I don't yet have NeatImage (on a Mac) so I'd have to work into it a lot to achieve such a smooth result, which I haven't had time to do. The colour adjustments for the skin are perfect. Nice job Steve, and please do post your colour tweaks.
Being a macro guy, I really like the third one. lol. But seriously, I like how the eye is isolated in that shot since the face has a high key look to it. Nice pics.
While I like the second shot and the improved color balance is much nicer, if the intent of the shoot was to bring out a side of the subject less often seen, then the first shot does what you wanted to do better than the second. It is a more striking graphic image and more removed from everyday life than the other two.
I'm new to this site so I couldn't figure out how to embed a shot, but below is my quick and dirty photoshop session to white out the backround which I found a compositional distraction, and I darkened up the face with difference in layers. I may be wrong, but I don't think so;)

I agree with John that two different types of lighting were probably used or the white balence was not set right. That is why applying color balence in Photoshop helped to improve it.
The color could be improved more, but I think the settings I used were:
Cyan-Red + 20
Magenta-Green - 10
Yellow-Blue + 25
I'm no expert and learning more every thread I read in here, but I think the watch and bracelet detract from the overall beauty of the shot regardless of b/w, sepia or as shot.
Seriously, don't neat image the photos, you completely lose the feel of her 'self' and her body and the feel of her skin. I think these images are a great start and the eye shot has great detail and shows some cool creativity. The second photo could be cool but the cleavage isn't flattering, not sure why.

My opinion, meager but mine nonetheless, the first and last are my faves. The first one is tops for me. Her eye just really grabs me and pulls me into the rest of the image. I also really like the colors of the third. The second is nice, but it's too "everyday" for my tastes if your going for something more daring and from the tone of the first shot, I'd say that might be your goal. Very cool shots.
