I took some pictures for my wifes work. The staff she works with for their web site. At one of the locations some one did not wear a matching shirt... i was wondering if some one can help me... Match the shirt with the rest of the girls... and maybe match the pants as well ( to be darker) here is the picture....
I have the atcual pictue and im willing to email for help....
edit: or just some steps what to do to fix the picture....
Similar to thegrandwazoo, I used magic wand to select the shirt then created a new layer from that selection. I tied a hue/sat layer to the new layer and played with sliders for a good match. (Selection was quick and sloppy.)
Oh, and I know it's a bit messy... but hey, I am sleep deprived right now LOL
Wow the shirt looks great..... i did it a longer way i use the magic wand thing and kept selecting the areas that did not get changed form the prior select...

Yup! I "only" have PSE 2...so no fancy stuff. Here's what I did:
To make the selection, choose magic wand and set to 25% tolerance with "contiguous" checked and + to selection. This gets the majority of the one pink shirt. Reduce tolerance and pick away until you get everything you should and nothing you shouldn't. (ctrl Z is my friend)
Selection > feather (for this resolution about 5 pixels...more for higher res.)
Layer > New > Layer via copy
Create Hue/Saturation layer above the new one and link it to the new layer so only that one is affected.
I think I increased Saturation, shifted the hue left and lowered the darkness slider.
Clean up "spill" on the selection by either erasing some of the new layer or paint out the effect on the hue/sat layer mask.

If you check the post times you'll note that we were editing and uploading at about the same time...I just noticed as I was posting that your (thegrandwazoo) technique was roughly similar to the one I chose. I thought I should acknowledge the similarity.

Oh yes i understand.... i was just refering to the Color some matched but looked a little bright.... the thegrandwazoo was kinda a little dark... i was just saying that yours seem to match almost perfect.... the tone... and color...i just wanted to know what you did to create the color, besides the Hue/and desat if there was any other ways....
and i just want to thank you all for all the input and tips =) if you have any others let me know... tring to do it as fast as i can and still be professional
