Just one thing that bugs me a bit from a personal standpoint...
I know you have the word "stuff" in your domain, but the several references on the page to renting your "stuff" takes away some level of professionalism IMO. Just a thought.
you need to be able to reimburse the value of the lens if something goes wrong. to us, we don't really care if thats on a credit card/debit/check/cash, its all the same to us.
so short answer is no, but by agreeing to rent the lens you are taking responsibility for the item and if something goes wrong need to be able to reimburse.
I posted this in the other thread, but you can't answer me there because it's locked (probably because of this double).

This looks great, if I was in the U.S. I would definitely take advantage of it before buying any really good glass. It makes sense to try it for a time before you buy it.
Was it a conscious choice not to include Sigma and Tamron lenses, as well, or will you be adding these later? I'm not necessarily advocating you do, but some of their glass is as expensive of some of the Canon/Nikon lenses.
I am sure you've thought about this - but in case you haven't - are you suitably protected against the possibility that a person who simply wants to steal your equipment poses as someone else and provides bogus deposit and ID info?
one thing you might want to add is an address (at least city and state) on the "contact us" page. I know some people (including myself) like to have an idea of where a business is located for shipping and other reasons, also helps to make you more reputable.
The site looks great, wish you the best of luck......but:
Ecommerce is a scary world, how are you going to protect yourself from theft? If you don't have a written signature, you are out the money, end of story.
Style-wise, it's quite nice and easy on the eyes. Especially considering the dark background, which is hard to pull off nicely. Good luck with the biz.
As one of the first people who rented from these guys I was totally pleased with the service. If you really want to try some new stuff give them a shot, they will work with you and have great service. Ok, my plug for the day.
4. Always make your logo a link back to your Home page.
Yours doesn't
You're right, I should have added "(except for the logo on the Home page)." Since my site has only a single page, I haven't broken my own suggestions. ;)

BTW, I'm curious to hear the OP's answer to this question.
The best way to protect yourself is to only ship to the Billing Address the card issuer has on file. You can punch in that address on the card machine and it will tell you whether it matches or not. (Actually, I'm sure this can be done online now too :) If you've verified and shipped to same, the credit card company WILL stand behind the purchase and take the loss rather than forcing you to.
Card holders can also register another shipping address with their credit card so that you can ship there as well.

SWEET Lens ... I have it out right now, so you'll have to wait. LOL! (but it's due to be sent back on Monday so get in line)
Just a few images from last night's photo shoot... these were all shot at f/1.2 (if it can do f/1.2, I have to try it, huh?!?):

Or check this out... the curvature of the can gives away the shallowness of the DOF:
Wish I had better examples to show ... I have some bridal pictures I took a few days back, but I don't dare show bridals before the wedding (lest the groom discover her picture and see her in her wedding dress).
In any case, it's a sweet lens. Definitely worth renting... now if I could only justify the purchase price!
