having just bought the 40d before the cashback offer was made(to go with the other 5g's worth of canon cameras n lenses i already own),i agree its not much of a way to reward their loyal customers.write to canon and let them know what you think.i had a problem with one of my cameras once n they werent overly interested in fixing it until i wrote to them saying how much i had spent on their products and how much i was about to spend on a new lens,but if they werent willing to help me then maybe i should switch to nikon.suddenly my camera was fixed free of charge.the squeaky gate gets the oil.how much cashback are they giving?not that it matters,im more than happy with the camera. |
