I went to the earlier DC GTG this year in june. Everyone was talking about doing a Baltimore GTG when it got cooler. Im up for Baltimore. Im down to my 35mm SLR and no not the Canon lol the ELan is dead. More like my pentax K1000!
Baltimore would be great for me as I am only 10 minutes away.
The best place would be somewhere in the inner harbour, which is easy to get to, and meet there. The best time would probably be mid to late october before it gets to cold.
