Just saw this post from  Focuspoint to create teams of opinion friends outside DPC to comment on challenge pictures.
I actually do find this an excellent idea. In a way it's like creating the DPL teams without the DPL.
I post this message in the website suggestion forum because I do think that there would be value to have this within the DPC site. For example, there is the question of control: the DPL teams were limited to 5 people, and they could not vote for one another. Doing this outside of DPC runs the risk that it is not well controlled (certainly no offense meant to focuspoint, on the contrary again I find the idea very interesting).
Furthermore having this on DPC could allow for some nice features such has tracking the average vote of the team (as with DPL) and other fun features to be invented.
It could also be appealing to people like me that won't participate in the DPL because of the pressure to enter every single challenge, while this could be much more laid back.
Anyway, just my 2 cents
