How do I change the color of the vignette? I'm using the "effects" tab in the layers tool bar, but it only seems to do white? What am I missing?
I forgot to add, I'm using Photoshop Elements 2.0

Okay...well, I figured out a way to darken it, but is there anyway to actually change it to a color?
