Hope someone can give me a quick answer on this...
I recently photographed a friends wedding where they had casino tables during the evening (Not for real money, just fun).
Now, the guy that owned the company has e-mailed me to ask if I had any good shots that he may be able to use on his website etc to help promote his business.
How would I stand, considering I have no releases for any guest that may appear in these pictures?
Can I indicate that he assumes reponsibility for retrospectively seeking agreement from any individual pictured in a photo he may wish to licence from me? Or should I not offer them in the first place?
The email is typed and ready to send back with sample pics attached, though I thought I'd better ask you guys first!
