I'm still trying to understand what happens in the various AF modes on the D200. I get the modes M, S, C. But I'm trying to understand in normal English, not marketing speak or Nikon's meaningless names, what the four options on the switch on the back do, why to use them, and how to use them.
For example, I think that to shoot a moving target like a kid at a soccer game you set the front switch to C and the back switch to something. But what, exactly? And what are the other modes for? Still vs. moving targets?
Anybody got a link or care to type it out here? I haven't managed to come up with something in Google - can't hit the right keywords.
