Welcome to our second 'BORING, MEDIOCRE CHALLENGE for the Candy II Challenge.
You have to try and end up with the score closes to the nominated score here. And the score for this week's challenge is.....(drum roll, please!!)....5.4321.
Basically there are rules...
AIM - To not be dragged down over a mediocre score...but instead to have a bit of fun with it. You can't change the score...but you can change how it makes you feel.
1 - You need to nominate yourself within 24 hours of the start of voting. You don't have to post your score in this thread...but it is encouraged.
2 - It is encouraged to trash talk....just as you would in a normal score thread.
3 - The one with the score closest to the nominated score (see score above) at the end of voting wins. The organiser will contact the winner to notify them of their win and what they are to do next.
4 - The winner determines what everyone else has to use in their next shot. This WILL include options to suit all abilities/tastes/locations. And it DOES NOT include aiming to shoot for brown or to make any particular entry/s stand out to be noticeably part of this challenge.
5 - The 'punishment' is then determined, by the organiser, whether it is suitable ...after which it is then PM'ed to all members who stood up to the challenge and all members must keep the punishment to themselves to prevent the rest of the site members in being able to identify the images in the next weeks challenges.
Once you are in, that's it. You stay in.....hehehehe!!
I'll likely win the idiot award as well for posting scores before the score limit was set. Figures. Oh well, winning 2 awards in one Challenge is rewarding in itself! (sorry)
I'll be fighting to reach 5.0 this time around... and I have no regrets. I wanted to present something different, and judging by the cursory inspection of all other entries, I did it!
I even got a nice comment on it (thanks, riversong!)
This time I'm not in for the ribbon, but I'll try my best to win the mediocre award!!!
Looks like I'll miss this one aswell as I didn't get my entry in. I tried some artzy fartzy stuff with what I thought was a brilliant idea and almost caught my shop/studio/office on fire. The photos looked like poop and my wife was already asleep so I couldn't try and shoot my other idea. Whitch I saw in the challenge and I suspect might be done byJudi she is so clever :-} I'll keep watching it's a perverce kind of fun. MAX! I love the trash talk so lets have some already will ya.
