Mmm, submitted two shots to light painting challenge, and removed 2 and now not in it ;(

This was a hard choice, but felt it quite hard to get a decent image..

This was my fave of the worst, trying to give a bit of an edge, interested to see what your critique would have been ;)

It's interesting, the 'creature' consumed by the swirling lights is odd enough to add a desire to look deeper. It's very... nightmarish, in a good way. Although it's not what I consider to be the traditional form of 'painting with light' it's a creative take on it for sure.

Really spooky and interestingly irresistable! Haunting? Exactly. What is that in the center? Real, or a toy? Sorry. Can't really discuss scores until after the challenge is over. You probably haven't heard how that can alter perceptions about other pictures. Come to think of it, maybe it would be best not to show this until after the challenge.

LOL, my rule is: never take out a shot until you have a better one. Even though the shot is not a winner, I send it in, just for kicks. For example my shot for this same challenge. One poor shot, but it is funny, and I don't have any better one so I just sent it in ..... hope people will laugh with me, not at me :)
