In order to allow everybody, irrespective in which timezone he/she is leaving, to check for last day's activities in the forum.

When I go in in the morning, and click on "community" in the top bar, to check last nights US activity, I see only a few topics, since a new day has just started. I need to go into every forum to find out....

How about increasing the number of recent forum posts on the front page? I do that, and it means I'm normally in touch with most threads that happen..

willem, do you have the Recent Forum Activity Threads box on your My Preferences page set to the maximum of 30?
