A thought occured to me as I was reading a recent thread about the highest rated photos.
I thought that it might be interesting to have some radio buttons while browsing images for date uploaded based on year.
Something like at the bottom on the left that listed each year and you could turn off various different years. For example, you might just view last years, or the first year of the site. Or perhaps you might want to see some stats calculated (highest rated images for example) based on only the last two years.
