I would like to thank Langdon and the entire site council for going to the trouble of helping to validate my entry. I truly appreciate their willingness to be open to listening and making a decision that was based on sound circumstantial evidence and documented proof. I also appreciate all of the support that many of the members of DPC gave to me. As I stated, it wasn't the ribbon that was important. Mario, I am sorry that you were impacted by this. I read your remark about not caring about the ribbon as long as the contest was fair. I feel that was a very honorable thing to say. The bottom line is that we are all here for fun and to learn, but it is important to follow the rules. Again, I am sorry for all the trouble this caused. I hope that nobody was offended by anything that was said or by the outcome. |
