It's okay, because if they seize your property or throw you in jail without charges, then you are by definition a terrorist, and terrorists don't deserve human rights.
what's more scary is the fact that he could easily accuse ANYONE of being a national threat and have all those "new" laws imposed on the poor fella. i'm sure political opponents will be afraid. is he slowly trying to rule with an iron fist - under the cover of terrorism (protection against)?
