We'll be upgrading our email systems on Wednesday and Thursday of this week (August 1st and 2nd).

Beginning Wednesday at midnight (rollover), we will begin a 36 hour hold on replies to our contact us tickets. Any tickets that appears to be urgent will receive a reply via PM or separate email.

We will resume replying as normal by noon on Thursday.

Any older emails emails you may have from myself or the SC from our ticket system will bounce after this change goes into effect.

I will post to this thread and lock it when the change is complete.

at first when i read the announcement on the left corner of the main page, i thought we're all getting a dpchallenge.com mailbox, lol :p

Who can I give my original Free Study file to in case it needs validation. I'm going to be travelling for a while and may or may not have internet.

Slippy, I believe you can still submit a ticket; it's just that we won't answer during the blackout period. If not, send me a pm and I will send you my email.
