I got a photo from my Daughters birthday party that has four of her friends in the photo, all four are under 18. would I still need a Model Release form? My Daughter is not in the shot.

yes, the parents have to sign it

What are you planning to do with it?

Assuming that you do need a release, the parents need to sign it.

Thanks, I guess I should have done that a year ago before all the kids left and moved away, oh well still a good photo for my Daughter to keep.

Only if you plan to use the image commercially - in which case one of the parents of each minor should sign.
