Toughie. Your entry has a nice crispness, and shows the interesting not often seen veining on the wing's underside. As well, it is an excellent profile of the flower. Luna's choice is immediately appealing, but a little soft and a little usual. In terms of composition/background these two are the only contenders. In my very amateur opinion it comes down to learning to know what YOU like best, not easy at all. (Although I had a friend help me select my highest scoring entry; my other sometimes better half has helped me choose some real losers, but also my 2nd best). |
