The Ohio Challenge hot air balloon festival is this coming weekend in Middletown. From what I see, the weather is supposed to be pretty good. Anyone interested in meeting up out there on Saturday?

I don't usually go out until later in the day for the evening launch and then the balloon glow at dark. I usually get out there around 7pm, but can probably meet earlier if someone wants to.

Just an idea.

HERE is the gallery of shots from the last time I went a couple of years ago.

I'll keep my eye on this thread.

I know that my whole family would love to be there. Unfortunately Aimee will be arriving around noon on the plane home from her 2 week stint in Thailand. I doubt very highly she will want to be going anywhere after her 22 hour flight. And there is no way you could drag me away from her any time soon. ;) Please keep us informed of any kind of gtg like this though. We would like to make future ones for sure.

Hey there...I was wondering when you wanted to go? I have been wanting to go to one of these. I couldn't go until Sunday and would like to be there in the morning for the launch. PM me please!!

I wish I still lived down in Cincy. It would be easier to get to these kinds of things. That sounds like fun. I guess I will have to plan it out maybe for next year.
