Well I'm working on making up for my recent photo drought. Today was a nice clear day with sun but low temperatures. So I decided to head to the Willamette River and take pictures along the Esplanade. This one I took of a tree with a number of these cute little birds, all but this one flew away when I got close.

I can definitely see a difference when I shoot for the pleasure of it; my images are infinitely better than when I'm trying to find/create something for a challenge.
